A1: In accordance with our vendor agreements, all clients are required to have a credit card or bank account on file to maintain service accounts. Vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Apple, GoDaddy, and Adobe mandate having a credit card on file as part of their policy.

Q2: What happens if I need to change my credit card?

A2: You will need to resubmit your billing information again.

Q3: When is this information used?

A3: Any service, agreement, or physical product will be billed during the next billing cycle. Payment details will be securely stored in a PCI-compliant system and used for charging services, products, labor, and related expenses.

Q4: Is this shared with marketers?

A4: NO!

We do not share any client billing data with third parties under any circumstances. All billing information is securely stored in an online, PCI-compliant system, and is only accessible once during the initial storage process for maximum security.

Q5: My entity is foreign, will conversion rates be in USD or local?

A5: All transactions will be calculated in USD (United States Dollars) based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of processing.
